He lived there for 3 years before moving to Portland, Oregon with his mother where he still resides. Jamie attended pre-school in Seattle starting at the young age of 12 months old. This special needs focused school taught Jamie to do things other kids learn on their own, such as sitting up with minimal support and daily life transitional issues, sign language and crying without holding his breath. Jamie entered Portland public schools at age three and was in special needs classrooms that included 'regular' kids until first grade. In first grade, Jamie was able to attend the only public school in Portland at that time that offered full inclusion. Which meant he attended regular classes with the help of an assistant. Jamie attended Alameda Elementary School, Fernwood Middle School, Madison High School, Marylhurst Community College Life Skills Class. Jamie moved into his present home when he turned 18 and lives there with 4 other housemates. They have 24/7 care which allows him the freedom to do as he pleases on his own schedule. He goes to a community center Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings where he does various fun activities, such as going shopping, bowling, movies, computer games or just hanging out. On Tuesday & Thursday he either works or volunteers at several places that offer work for him to perform. Jamie likes to travel and being busy. He likes cleaning house and doing outside activities. He loves water and feeds the birds out on his deck. He likes his house and living on his own.

Marguerite has 8 siblings, 4 sisters & 4 brothers. Her family has always called her `Margy`, with a `y`, which came about because Margy couldn`t spell and her mother said she could spell it any way she wanted.

After finishing high school in 1971, Marguerite moved to Portland, OR, where she remained until 1975. Then she lived a year in San Diego, CA. Moved back to Portland in late 1976 And remained until 1985 when she moved to Seattle, WA. Marguerite married Randal Bays in 1980 and had a son, [[James Alan McClay Bays]] (Jamie) in 1986. Marguerite and Randal divorced in 1989. Her son, Jamie, was born in Seattle, WA and when he turned 3 years old, Marguerite moved with him back to Portland, a single mother.

Actually, Eugenia hated her given name, Ivy Eugene, and changed it to Eugenia Josephine, but she always went by Gene. Though her mother and sister always called her `sis`. Marguerite has 8 siblings, 4 sisters & 4 brothers. Her family has always called her `Margy`, with a `y`, which came about because Margy couldn`t spell and her mother said she could spell it any way she wanted.

After finishing high school in 1971, Marguerite moved to Portland, OR, where she remained until 1975. Then she lived a year in San Diego, CA. Moved back to Portland in late 1976 And remained until 1985 when she moved to Seattle, WA. Marguerite married Randal Bays in 1980 and had a son, [[James Alan McClay Bays]] (Jamie) in 1986. Marguerite and Randal divorced in 1989. Her son, Jamie, was born in Seattle, WA and when he turned 3 years old, Marguerite moved with him back to Portland, a single mother.

Previous jobs are many, including: ice cream super scooper(high school),hotel night auditor, cabinet/furniture maker, preschool teacher assistant.

Marguerite met [[Andy]] Fraser in 2001 and they married in 2010.
