Col. George Corning Fraser[1][2] [3] was born December 31, 1896 in Washington, D.C., and died March 13, 1974 in N. Tarrytown NY. He married [[Sarah Sylvester Moran]] (Syl) December 29, 1919 in Mendham, New Jersey, daughter of Daniel Moran and Sarah Kelley.
