Andrew McLeod Fraser Jr.^[1] was born May 8, 1986 in Austin Texas, the second child of Andrew McLeod Fraser and Anke Roswitha Brandstater. He developed hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy following his premature birth. He moved to Oregon with his parents in 1989. Since 2005, he has lived in Oregon in group homes for adults with special needs.
