Andrew McLeod Fraser Jr.^[1] was born May 8, 1986 in Austin Texas, the second child of Andrew McLeod Fraser and Anke Roswitha Brandstater. He developed hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy following his premature birth. He moved to Oregon with his parents in 1989. In 2005, he moved into a group home for adults with special needs.
