Isaac William Fraser

Isaac William Fraser[1] was born June 7, 1985 in Austin Texas, the first child of Andrew McLeod Fraser and Anke Roswitha Brandstater. He developed necrotizing enterocolitis following his premature birth and died on July 6, 1985.
